indirect TR-FRET assay using labeled-ab6847 unlabeled Rat mAb and a-Myc-cryptate (HTRF)

The TR-FRET signal for the labeled-ab6847 + a-Myc-cryptate show a ~44 fold increase compare to the negative (a-Myc-cryptate alone) showing a strong cross reaction between, the ab6847 and the mouse mAb.
Therefore ab6847 cannot be used in presence of mouse mAb due to cross reactivity.

NB. No information on the datasheet which would suggest cross-reactivity , the purification " immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads" let me think that the cross-reactivity to mouse would be low, that's not the case.
