ELISA shows that ab272185 specifically reacts to human IgG4 and does not cross react with human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3.
ab272185 was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
50ng/well to 200ng/well was used for capture, and 0.05ug/mL to 0.2ug/mL was used for detection.
