Hello,   I have a question about the Rabbit polyclonal Secondary Antibody to Human IgG - H&L (FITC) (ab6755) – can it be used for ELISA? I know that Flow Cyt, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IM are the tested applications, but my client wants to do ELISA with this antibody. Best regards

Thank you for your inquiry regarding ab6755. This secondary antibody is not designed for ELISA but it could be used for ELISA if the customer has suitable detection system. It could also be used for ELISA with an enzyme linked "tertiary" reagent such as HRP conjugated anti Fluorescein.
