    Specific antibodies were absorpted by incubation with Sepharose-bound goat immunoglobulins. Specific antibodies were eluted by acidic buffer at pH 2.5 followed by neutralisation and dialysis. After repeated binding with immobilized goat immunoglobulins a minimum of 65% protein bound.

Need to checked with you if it is possible to use ab8515 (anti-gt IgG+IgM+IgA) to measure only the IgA level from lung lavage fluid secretion in goat since I could not find any secondary for anti-goat IgA? Will the final absorbance value be inaccurate?

Unfortunately, ab8515 will not be suitable to measure IgA levels as it also recognizes at the same time IgG+IgM. We do not have any antibodies against goat IgA- only for mouse, rabbit and human IgAs.
