I am trying to put together an ELISA for bovine IgG. This will be in samples of human IgG that I am looking for bovine IgG as a contaminant so I need to know that the bovine IgG does not cross react with human IgG. So I need an antibody pair for an ELISA for bovine IgG, the secondary antibody with alk-phos if possible. Thanks /Dan

Thank you for your enquiry. We don't sell an antibody pair/kit for this particular type of ELISA. However, we do sell two Bovine IgG antibodies that are conjugated to AP (ab6928 and ab6935). Ab6927 has not been tested for cross-reactivity with human IgG.
