    Thank you for your recent telephone enquiry. I can confirm that the Fc constant region of an antibody remains the same for each class of antibody. Therefore, these antibodies to IgG Fc region would detect all the isotypes of IgG; IgG1, IgG2 etc. The Fc region for the other classes IgE, IgA, IgM would be different, and the antibody will not detect these.
