Thank you for contacting Abcam. The concentration of ab37379, does vary depending on the individual batch. The concentration of the stock that we currently have is 0.01mg/ml (Lot#1166697). As for the isotype control, the isotype control antibody should match the primary antibody’s host species, isotype, and conjugation. For example, if the primary antibody is a FITC-conjugated mouse IgG1, then you will need to choose a FITC-conjugated mouse IgG1 isotype control. In this case your primary antibody is a rabbit (?), therefore you would need a rabbit isotype control. Is your primary antibody tagged? If not then ab27427 (IgG) or ab37424 (IgM) would be more appropriate. If your primary antibody is tagged, then you would need to find a rabbit isotype control with the appropriate tag.
