Electron Microscopy: Use at an assay dependent dilution. The method of production of this product allows the small particle size of 25nm to be used instead of 5nm with the same sensitivity but increased visibility in the standard transmission electron microscope (See also ven Bergen en Henegouwen and Leunissen, Histochemistry, 85,(1986), 81.)
Light Microscopy: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
Not yet tested in other applications.
