What information do you require regarding the 3 antibodies? Due to the research we are doing, we don't want to name what the antibodies are raised to, but I can give the following information:

Ab1: mouse monoclonal IgG2A, stored in PBS (pH 7.4) and Protein A and G purified

Ab2: mouse monoclonal IgG1, stored in PBS (pH 7.4) and Protein G purified

Ab3: mouse monoclonal IgG1K, stored in PBS (pH 7.4) and Protein G purified

Is there any other information you require on the coating antibodies?

Reviewing the details, I agree there seems to be some crossreactivity to mouse IgG. I can confirm that this antibody has not specifically been pre absorbedwith mouse, so we cannot guarantee it would not crossreact with mouse. However, I appreciate the time you have spent on these experiments and would be pleased to arrange afree of charge replacementor credit note in compensation.

If you decide on a free of charge replacement, I can suggest it would be beneficial to select an alternativeantibody that has been cross absorbed with mouse, so there is minimal possible crossreactivity. For example you may like to consider the following which has been tested and guaranteed in ELISA:
