TCS Antibody Purification Kit (Gold/Europium labelling) (ab270554) is designed to purify IgG fractions from tissue culture supernatant. The kit uses Protein A which has a high affinity for IgG molecules from a variety of species.

- All reagents (including Protein A resin) are ready-to-use as supplied.
- Up to 5 mg of antibody can be purified in each run.
- Compatible with our Gold, Latex, Europium and Magnetic Conjugation kit ranges.

TCS Antibody Purification Kit - Nanoparticles (ab270554) is designed for the purification of IgG fractions from tissue culture supernatants. TCS Protein A resin is prepared by coupling purified Protein A to agarose beads.

The method involves capture of the antibody on the TCS Protein A resin and the removal of unwanted substances using a simple wash procedure. The antibody is then eluted and neutralized. The kit can be used in its rapid version by spin-purification in a centrifuge, or by gravity-flow purification. The antibody to be purified should be in 10 to 50 mL of tissue culture supernatant (TCS). Up to 5 mg of antibody can be purified in each run.

This kit is fully compatible with our nanoparticle conjugation kits (Gold, Latex, Europium and Magnetic) (available separately), which allow the purified antibody to be conjugated rapidly.

This product is manufactured by Expedeon, an Abcam company. It was previously called AbPure™ TCS Antibody Purification System. Expedeon product code 264-0030 is the same as the 1 pack size of this product and code 264-0500 is the same as the 3 pack size.
