重组小鼠Prolactin/PRL蛋白(Active) (ab54139)

Following on from our telephone conversation, I have some more information to share in relation to the composition of the prolactin products ab54139 and ab54140.


Unfortunately I am unable to share the purification process used to produce these products as this is proprietary but I can share with you the final purification step. This is done using a high performance butyl column and the isolated product is then dialysed with a 10 mM sodium phosphate (pH 8.0), 50 mM NaCl buffer.


The product is filtered through a 0.2 µm filter and is then lypholised. The final product therefore also contains the sodium phosphate and sodium chloride present in the final buffer. No other additives are present.


I hope this information has been of help. As discussed over the phone, I am sorry that we are unable to provide samples of our products. This is due to the size of our catalogue and the logistics required to implement this service. We do however guarantee that our products perform as stated on the datasheet, if you find that it does not, then you would be entitled to a replacement of a refund (if reported within 6 months of purchase).
