Hello!
I have a question about your recombinant proteins that are tagged
with His-DHFR tag (for example product code- ab127252). In the datasheet
its said that appropriate application would be SDS-page but are these
proteins also usable in for example indirect ELISA when used as an
antigen to be recognized with antibody?

Thank you for contacting us and for your interest in our products.

I am sorry to confirm that as far as we are aware, ab127252 has never been tested in ELISA. All tested and guaranteed applications are specified on our datasheets, and these are updated as soon as any new information is brought to our attention.

In this case, I can sugggest to take into consideration that this peptide contains only amino acids 43-210 of the protein. So you would need to ensure that the antibody usedwill detect this part of the protein by checking the immunogen sequence.

The protein is also tagged, which could sometimes interfere with antibody binding.
