ARHGAP25 also known as Rho GTPase-activating protein 25 functions mechanically as a GTPase activator for the Rho-family of small GTPases. This protein plays a role in switching these GTPases from an active state to an inactive state by stimulating the intrinsic GTPase activity. ARHGAP25 has a mass of approximately 61 kDa.
