    Protein is cloudy and there is precipitate in the vial. What is in this solution? Other proteins? Are there suggestions for getting it into solution?

    The protein was lyophilized from 1x PBS and there is no BSA or other protein in the buffer. If the solution is cloudy we don't expect there to be an issue with the quality, however if there is precipitate we suggest adding more water and agitating the solution to help it solubilize. Do not add other materials to the solution to aid reconstitution.

    We have heard back from the lab regarding your inquiry about an ApoB antibody specific to the region from which the peptide ab80037 has been created. Unfortunately, the lab has not produced an antibody agaist this antigen. In review of our catalog, while we do offer a number of ApoB antibodies these have been created either from the full length protein or by peptides from different regions.
