Immunofluorescence analysis of VZV-infected MRC-5 (human fibroblasts lung cell line) cells labeling VZV gE protein at 1/100 dilution, followed by an Alexa-Fluor^®488 donkey anti-mouse IgG [H+L] at 1/200 dilution (green). Nuclei were stained with (blue).

Indicated amounts of VZV-lysate was coated per well of the ELISA plate. After blocking with 5% skim milk, 100 µl of ab272686 at the 1/5000 dilution was added to the each well. HRP-conjugate goat antimouse IgG (100μl, 1/4000 dilution) was added. OPD (ortho-phenylenediamine) was used as substrate. Optical densities (OD) measured at 450nm. Dynamic range was 200 pg to 10ng under these conditions.

Goat anti-mouse IgG-HRP (100μl, 1/4000 dilution) was added. OPD (ortho-phenylenediamine) was used as a substrate. Optical densities (OD) measured at 450nm.
