    Exchange factor for GTP-binding proteins RhoA, RhoG and, to a lesser extent, Rac1. Binds physically to the nucleotide-free states of those GTPases. Plays an important role in angiogenesis. Its recruitement by phosphorylated EPHA2 is critical for EFNA1-induced RAC1 GTPase activation and vascular endothelial cell migration and assembly.

    Dear Sir or Madam,
    Can you send me a reference for the antibody, that
    I´m looking for?
    And my second question is, if there is any possibility of reducing
    antibody prices if I order more samples. Or e.g. by purchasing a normal
    full sized antibody product, am I eligible to receive a free 20ug sample
    of another antibody?

    Unfortunately, we do not know of any publications that have used this antibody at the moment. But I would like to reassure you that ab109544 is tested and guaranteed to work in WB with human samples.

    Because we carry over 70,000 products, it isn't feasible for us to keep small sample sizes of our products.
