Immunoprecipitation - Anti-SIX4 antibody (ab176713)SIX4 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg HeLa whole cell lysate using ab176713 at 6 μg/mg lysate (Lane 2), a rabbit anti-SIX4 antibody recognizing an upstream epitope (Lane 1) or control IgG (Lane 3). 20% of the Immunoprecipitate was loaded per lane and then immunobotted using ab176713 at 0.4 μg/ml.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 3 seconds.
