    Mock and SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Spike transfected 293T (Human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) whole cell lysate were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at room temperature for 15 minutes. SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Spike S1 stained (green) by ab281309 at 1/1000 dilution in immunocytochemical analysis. Fluoroshield with DAPI (blue).
