Sandwich ELISA detection of recombinant full-length SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) nucleocapsid protein, His tag protein using ab281297 as capture antibody at concentration of 5 µg/mL and HRP-conjugated ab281295 as detection antibody at concentration of 1 µg/mL.

Mock and SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) nucleocapsid transfected 293T (Human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at room temperature for 15 minutes. SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) nucleocapsid was stained by ab281297 (green) at 1/1000 dilution by immunofluorescent analysis. Fluoroshield with DAPI (blue).

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant full-length SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) nucleocapsid protein (50 ng). Coated protein probed with ab281297 (4.8*10⁻⁶ ~ 20 nM). HRP-conjugated Rabbit IgG antibody at 1/10000 dilution detected bound primary antibody.
EC50: 0.011 nM

Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant full-length SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) nucleocapsid protein, His tag (1000-15.625 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with ab281297 (1 μg/mL). HRP-conjugated Rabbit IgG antibody at 1/10000 dilution was used to detect bound primary antibody.
