ab124419 Anti-Prostaglandin E Receptor EP2 antibody.
I havent tried the antibody yet, but looking at the staining on the website,
it works well, however I would like to know what antigen unmasking technique was used -
HIER low or high pH, enzymes? Many thanks

Thank you for your inquiry.

The lab that tested this antibody and produced the image (human formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues)on the datasheet as result used the following antigen retrieval method:

1.) Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 at 99-100°C - 20 minutes

2.) Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer - 20 minutes

3.) Rinse in 1X TBS with Tween (TBST) – 1 minute @ RT
