功能
This is calcium-independent, phospholipid-dependent, serine- and threonine-specific enzyme.
PKC is activated by diacylglycerol which in turn phosphorylates a range of cellular proteins. PKC also serves as the receptor for phorbol esters, a class of tumor promoters. -

In lanes 1-3, the lysate was stored at -80? prior to Western Blotting. The bands between 37 kDa and 84 kDa are likely to be degradation products. In lanes 4-7, the lysates were freshly made and used for Western Blotting immediately to minimize protein degradation.
