Anti-p75 NGF Receptor抗体[NGFR5] (ab3125)

We do not have any free samples or small samples of any of our antibodies but both ab12228 and ab3125 will be covered by our guarantee for one year if you plan on using them for flow cytometry with samples that are one of the species listed on the datasheets. (Human, ferret, and monkey are listed on the ab3125 datasheet and human, mouse, rat and several others on the ab12228 datasheet).

Note that metallothionein is cytoplasmic, so you will not be able to sort live cells. Antibody ab3125 anti-p75 NGF Receptor, on the other hand, recognizes an extracellular epitope, so you should be able to sort live cells.

1.)que ces bien des tissus d'origine humaine que vous avez marqué? Ou c'est des tissus d'origine de souris?

2.) C'est quoi comme sérum que vous avez utilisé pour bloquer les lames?

3.) A votre avis, le problème vient de quel réactif?

We do not have many qPCR primer in our catalog. We have primer for common controls such as GAPDH (ab83588) available, but CD271/p75-NGF receptor is unfortunately not in this selection.

Le tissu cérébral humain est en effet un tissu de choix pour l'expression de TrkA, NGF et le récepteur p75 NGF. Avez-vous reçu ces 3 anticorps en même temps (même colis de livraison)?  

Merci de nous avoir contactés. Je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous avez eu des difficultés à obtenir de bons résultats avec ab3125, ab6199, ab37837 en IHC-P. Notre politique est d'offrir tout d'abord la meilleure assistance technique. Si nous concluons que le produit que vous avez reçu ne fonctionne pas comme mentionné sur sa fiche technique et que ce produit a été commandé sous 6 mois, nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous offrir un remplacement gratuit ou un avoir. J'aimerais donc vous offrir quelques suggestions afin d'optimiser vos résultats. - Pour les 3 anticorps je recommanderais une incubation sur la nuit à 4°C (ou même à température ambiante) en prenant soin que les échantillons ne soient pas sujet à évaporation. Pour les dilutions des anticorps primaires, se reporter aux fiches techniques. - Pour les 3 anticorps je recommanderais également un démasquage de l'antigène à haute température en utilisant du tampon Tris EDTA pH 9,0. Pourriez-vous me communiquer quelques détails concernant la préparation des échantillons (agent et temps de fixation)? Les anticorps secondaires sont-il compatibles? Sont-ils bons?
