Anti-OSR2抗体(ab129897)

Unfortunately, the Anti-OSR2 antibody (ab129897) has not as yet been used in immunohistochemistry or with samples from mouse to our knowledge. We do not have any other antibodies against this target which have been used in this application or species. This does not mean that it would not work. The homology of the immunogen used and the mouse OSR2 protein is 100%, we would therefore expect the antibody to cross react. However, as we not tried it we would therefore not be able to guarantee its performance in this application and with these samples.

In regards to the specificity of the antibody. We have not tested the cross reactivity with the OSR1 protein and cannot therefore guarantee that it will not cross react. The immunogen used to raise ab129897 shares only 7 amino acids with the OSR1 protein, of which 5 are consecutive. We would therefore not expect the antibody to cross react.
