Anti-NPR-C抗体(ab14355)

Thank you for contacting us. Your question is more difficult than I expected it to be! We have a menu in our Product Browser (located in the upper left-hand corner of our homepage: Tags and Cell Markers/Subcellular Markers/Plasma Membrane) that gives some ideas for antibodies against membrane proteins that may be found in ATDC5 but few that fit your criteria. The pan-cadherin antibodies may be your best choice though they have not been tested for flow cytometry. Antibody ab6529 has been tested in immunocytochemistry, is raised against an intracellular portion of the protein, and reacts with the mouse protein. I expect it can be used for flow cytometry if the cells are fixed and permeabilized, but we cannot guarantee this application. For an antibody that recognizes an extracellular region, the antibodies against the integrins may be useful. Typing "integrin" brings up a list of antibodies that can be filtered by species and application. The ones that have been used for functional studies (FuncS), blocking (BL), or cellular activation will be directed against a portion of the integrin that is extracellular, for instance ab25198 (CD103) or ab36436 (CD61). But these integrins are expressed to different degrees on cell types and have mostly been studied on leukocytes. We carry several NPR antibodies which can be brought up in a list by searching with our browser for NPR. None have been tested in flow cytometry but ab14355 is raised against an extracellular portion of NPR-C, and ab37620 is raised against a cytoplasmic portion of NPR-B.
