Chronic granulomatous disease is a genetically heterogeneous disorder characterized by the inability of neutrophils and phagocytes to kill microbes that they have ingested. Patients suffer from life-threatening bacterial/fungal infections.

    Are there any antibodies available that detect the phosphorylated form of p47phox (a regulatory NADPH oxidase subunit) in mouse tissue? I have attached a recent paper which has published in antioxidants and redox signaling. Authors used an antibody from your company for the detection of phospho p47phox in cells extracted from humans.

    Yes we have antibodies to detect the p47PHOX. The common alternative namesfor p47phox is NCF1, NOXO2 and SH3PXD1A.http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P14598
