    • 功能

      Converts monoacylglycerides to free fatty acids and glycerol. Hydrolyzes the endocannabinoid 2-arachidonoylglycerol, and thereby contributes to the regulation of endocannabinoid signaling, nociperception and perception of pain (By similarity). Regulates the levels of fatty acids that serve as signaling molecules and promote cancer cell migration, invasion and tumor growth.

    Question

    I would like to use an antibody, ab24701 for immunohistochemistry and I am wondering whether a blocking peptide is available for it as a negative control.

    I could find one Monoacylglycerol Lipase peptide: ab82022 but I am not sure that it was the immunogen for the antibody (ab24701) too.

    The blocking peptide ab82022, is the correct one to use in conjunction with ab24701. They both have the same immunogen sequence.
