Immunoprecipitation - Anti-MKRN2 antibody (ab72055)Detection of Human MKRN2 by Immunoprecipitation in Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), using ab72055 at 3 µg/mg lysate (Lane 1). Lane 2 represents Control IgG IP. Subsequent Western blot detection was done using ab72055 at 1 µg/ml.
