The immunogen sequence of antibody ab2377 is Purified human skin Chymase, ab111239, Human testis and tonsil tissue and ab54176 is Purified human skin chymase.

We unfortunately do not have any extra immunogen information other than this. We also haven't
tested these antibodies with rat sample so can't confirm whether these abs will be suitable. The end users have to try for cross reactivity check by themselves. Ich persönlich habe leider keine Erfahrung mit Sirius Red. Meine Kollegen allerdings haben Sirius Red schon verwendet. Allerding nur als Einzelfärbung in aufeinanderfolgenden Schnitten, wobei die nächsten Schnitte dann die Immunofärbung enthielten.

Die Abbildung von ab54176 wurde mit einer Gegenfärbung mit Eosin (alleine) gefärbt.

Während die Abbildung von ab111239 eine Gegenfärbung mit Hematoxlin zeigt.

Beide können Sieauch mit ab2377 einsetzen.
