    Hi ,
    Thank you for your reply. We would be able to test all three antibodies with rat brain homogenate for WB and use rat brain slices for light microscope IC and postembedding immunogold, which would greatly improve your current images.
    Right now:
    ab87165 only has a WB with HepG2 lysate
    ab105169 has nothing
    ab106370 only has a WB with EL4 cell lysate and mouse brain IC
    If you give us three discount codes, do we also have to purchase an antibody?

    The discount code is valid for untested species / applications. Western Blot is a tested application for the three of them, so I am afraid the discount code would not be applicable in these cases.     I am interested in your anti-LRFN5 antibodies, ab87165, ab106370, ab105169. We are interested in using these antibodies for IC, but only ab106370 has images of both IC and WB. Could you give us more information about these antibodies?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Ab106370 has been used in WB and IHC with paraffin embedded sections in Mouse, Rat and Human species. Ab105169 has successfully worked in WB and IHC in both frozen and paraffin embedded sections and ab87165 has only been characterized by WB in Human (although due to high sequence homology it is also expected to react with Mouse, Rat, Chicken, Cow and Dog).

    The fact that there aren’t any other applications stated on the datasheet does not mean the antibody won’t work in them, it just means we have not tested it, and therefore we don’t have data to support it.
