    Leucomalachite Green is a byproduct of Malachite green. Malachite green, an N methylated diaminotriphenylmethane dye, has been widely used as an antifungal agent in commercial fish hatcheries. Malachite green is reduced to and persists as leucomalachite green in the tissues of fish. The use of malachite green, as a common fungal treatment in fish farming, ended earlier this year following discussions between the UK and European Commission.

I am the technical support specialist of Jingmei Biotech Co., Ltd., China. One of my custormers wants to require two products, the Cat:ab31127 and ab15072. He wants to know titers and sensitivities of the products. He ordered the product, Cat:ab15072, and could not detect the positive control(0.2ng). The positive control(0.2ng) can be detected by another antibody made in R-Biopharm in Germany. Now he wants to pruchase a lot of the two antibodies, so I desire you can offer the introductions. Thank you for your enquiry. With regards the titres and sensitivities of ab15072 and ab31127 I can tell you that both antibodies are unlikely to detect 0.2ng/ml as this is significantly lower than the detection threshold. I have emailed some data of ab31127 in a follow up email. I contacted the source of ab15072 and in the opinion of the originator this is 0.2ng/ml is below the detection threshold. In their opinon they would be surprised if 1ng/ml would be detected. I hope this information helps, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.

Thank you for your promote response. Generally, there are many possible atttach points on the organic compounds which can be used to be coupled to the protein to obtain the desired antibody. My question is that which part of the Malachite and Salbutamol was coupled to protein to make the immunogen.
