    thank you for your answer, even if it was not satisfactory.
    I know the basics of immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. What I need to know is the protocol that you optimized for using EP1088Y in flow cytometry, if there is one, so that I do not have to do all the optimization myself. If you state in the datasheet that EP1088Y is FC+, did you try it? Is the epitope resistant to PFA or to methanol or to both? Do you have a profile to show? No mention to flow cytometry is made in the references cited in the datasheet.
