Predicted band size: 32 kDa
Observed band size: 28 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?
Additional bands at: 50 kDa (possible non-specific binding)
The additional band of 50 kDa was consistently observed. However this band was not blocked by the immunizing peptide and it is therefore a non specific signal.
