Interpolated concentration of Human XRCC1 was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted sample is as follows : Hela cell extract (1mg/ml) and MG-63 cell Extract (0.125 mg/ml) . The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- standard deviation, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.

Scaffold protein involved in DNA single-strand break repair by mediating the assembly of DNA break repair protein complexes (PubMed : 11163244, PubMed : 28002403). Negatively regulates ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of PARP1 during base-excision repair in order to prevent excessive PARP1 activity (PubMed : 28002403, PubMed : 34102106, PubMed : 34811483).
