Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Hsp40 antibody (ab223610)2% formaldehyde-fixed heat shocked HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells stained for Hsp40 (green) using ab223610 at 1/100 dilution for 12 hours at 4°C in ICC/IF, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit FITC at 1/200 for 2 hours at room temperature. Counterstain: DAPI (blue) nuclear stain at 1/40000 for 2 hours at room temperature. Heat shocked at 42°C for 1 hour.
