    Question

    I am trying to develop a GPR91 Elisa and I found out that you offer the GPR91 antibody (cat ab75105). In the website says that it has been tested in Elisa. The problem is that I also need a purified recombinant GPR91 to use as standard curve. Which antigen did you use to construct the standard curve in the Elisa when the GPR91 antibody was tested? Thank you very much for your urgent help!

    Thank you for your enquiry. I have checked with the laboratory regarding the peptide. It seems that the lab used the immunogen peptide conjugated to the BSA as the ELISA antigen. Unfortunately, according to them, we do not have enough peptide for sale.
