Predicted band size: 112 kDa
Observed band size: 105,130,180 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST
The observed molecular weight is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 12420295, 29393851).
Two bands of 180 and 130 KDa in lane 1 are glycosylated forms. The bands around 105KDa in lane 2 are de-glycosylated and partially de-glycosylated forms.
