Many thanks for your detailed response to my query. I will be pleased to take advantage of your offer of a discount for testing both theab61420(GPR68) andab72173 (VR1)antibodies in ICC. Please let me know what I need to do when placing an order so that I can qualify for this. There is an additional antibody that I will order alongside these, I will go ahead with the order asap and I can wait to hear if you can get any further information on theab75330 (GRP4) antibody.

I have taken a look at your fluorescent GPCR ligands but none of them are suitable for my application.

Thank you for getting back to me. I am pleased that you would like to participate in the testing discount scheme with ab61420 andab72173. I have generated the testing discount codes for these as below: All you need to so is order ab61420 andab72173 as usual, then test it in ICC as you are planning to do. Once you have done this, if you could submit an Abreview for each of the products (this should only take 5-10 minutes) and quote the relevant code above in the "additional comments" section of the form. Once the Abreview is published, the codes then become active and can be used in subsequent orders to claim your "free" primary antibody. The codes expire after the 27th of August 2012.

As for ab75330, unfortunately, I can confirm that this antibody was raised against an immunogen taken from the cytoplasmic domain of GRP4. You will therefore be likely to need permiabilisation if using this antibody for ICC. As discussed in previous emails, this may also be the case with ab61420andab72173, particularly ab72173 as I am not certain it detects the extracellular domain exclusively.
