I am looking for additional antibodies for multi-color flow with a phospho-specific antibody (isotype Mouse IgG1,k) that we already have. Similar to yesterday’s discussion, can you please provide me the catalog numbers for a secondary APC/FITC for this antibody as well as a CD19 marker (APC/FITC) and all relevant isotype controls?

My recommendations are as follows:

Anti-Mouse IgG1 secondary, pre-adsorbed, FITC-conjugate - ab98692
Anti-Mouse IgG1 secondary, pre-adsorbed, APC-conjugate - We unfortunately do not have an APC conjugate.
Mouse IgG1 isotype control - ab18443


We discussed a CD19/APC conjugate yesterday, ab18224, but this was isotype IgG1. For a dual immunostain with the phospho-specific antibody that is IgG1, you will want a different isotype for the anti-CD19. I recommend ab24936, which is IgA, and a FITC conjugate. For an APC conjugate, I recommend ab25510, which is also IgA.

Mouse IgA, FITC-conjugated - ab37347

Mouse IgA, APC-conjugated - ab37353
