Intracellular flow cytometric analysis of GOLPH2 expression in HeLa (Human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturer's manual, and then stained with ab275597 at 10μl/Test. The Fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
