    Je vois que parmi vos anticorps anti-ficolin-2, vous proposez également le produit suivant: Anti-L Ficolin antibody [16] (ab112558).

    Pensez-vous qu'il serait plus adapté à mon projet (réalisation d'une sandwich ELISA) que l'ab56225 ?

    Merci de nous avoir contactés.


    Je peux vous confirmer que cet anticorps est testé en ELISA indirect pour détecter Ficolin 2 attaché à la plaque ELISA.

    Cependant si j’ai bien compris votre email, vous voulez l’utiliser comme un anticorps de capture dans un sandwich ELISA. Est-ce correcte ? Malheureusement, nous ne l’avons pas testé en tant qu’anticorps de capture.

    Puisque les sandwiches ELISA sont difficiles à faire, quand vous ferrez votre manip, je vous conseillerais d’abord de faire une ELISA indirect classique avec ab56226 pour vérifier que l’anticorps fonctionne bien avec vos échantillons. Ensuite vous pourrez l’utiliser dans votre sandwich ELISA et optimiser vos conditions pour obtenir le meilleure signale.

    Je vous remercie de votre réponse. Je n'ai pas trouvé de review sur l'Anti-Ficolin-2 [19] antibody (ab56225), ni de référence le citant.
    Je souhaiterais utiliser ce produit comme anticorps de capture dans une ELISA pour détecter la Ficolin-2 complexée à d'autre protéines.

    Pourriez-vous me confirmer que cet anticorps peut bien être utiliser comme anticorps de capture (coating antibody) ?
    Pourriez vous me faire une offre préférentielle pour ce produit et m'établir un devis ?

    J’ai contacté le laboratoire et ab56225 et ab112558 ont été testé en sandwich ELISA ensemble. Ab112558 est bien adapté pour une utilisation en tant qu’anticorps de capture dans un sandwich ELISA avec l’anticorps de détection ab56225. De plus, ces deux anticorps détectent la protéine recombinant L-Ficolin directement sur la plaque.
