FBXO31 also known as F-box only protein 31 functions as part of the SCF (SKP1-Cullin-F-box) E3 ubiquitin protein ligase complex. It plays a role in marking proteins for proteasomal degradation. The molecular weight of FBXO31 is approximately 73 kDa. Gene expression analysis shows FBXO31 is present in various tissues with notable levels in the brain liver and kidney.
