This antibody will detect the whole cells, and because the antiserum has not been absorbed (only Protein A purified) it may react with related microorganisms.

ab41181 is anti Strep agalactiae, it will weakly cross react with Strep. dysgalactiae.

ab41203 is anti Strep agalactiae, it will weakly cross react with Strep. dysgalactiae.

ab19980 is an anti Enterococcus antibody

ab68450, ab69185 and ab68451 are anti E. Coli antibodies.

ab69468, ab20947, ab69467 and ab65926 are the Klebsiella spp specific antibodies.

We do not have anti Strep. uberis antibodies.

It is very unusual to offer a discount code for more than 1 product particularly when the application is not one of the standard immunoassays (Western blot, ELISA, Flow cytometry, Immunohistochemistry etc).

The technique you wish to use/test our products is not the classical IHC-P (formalin-fixed paraffin embedded immunohistochemistry) procedure. At this stage it is not know how frequently other customers will use these products in such an assay and how easy to modify the technique.

Could you please confirm how the tissue sections will be processed and fixed and whether you have any publication on this specific technique? We need to consider carefully the applicability of this assay.

I now have more details on experiments done on the antibody ab19980. This antibody has been tested by us only against the immunogen species E. faecium. To the best of my knowledge, I know that there have been experiments done externally that were able to detect E. faecalis, however I do not have access to the assay details. With thanks,
