We are unsure about the optimal conditions for this antibody e.g. reduced-denatured or non reduced-native as this antibody has never been tested in WB. Please note the optimal conditions should be determined by the end user

Dear technical team,

Our customer is going to test E.coli pili sELISA.
I searched ab35292 and checked on the datasheet that it was tested with monoclonal anti- K88b antibody as capture antibody. So, I searched K88b antibody and checked ab54090(Anti-E. coli K88AB pilus) on the website.
I would like to know
1. if ab54090 is applicable for as a capture antibody for ab35292 and
2. if you have information about standard protein.
Check this please.

The antibody ab35292 and the ab54090 have not been tested together as a pair to our knowledge. It might well be that they work together, however it will need to be tested experimentally. We would be happy to provide you with our testing discount if the customer would like to test it. Please let us know whether the customer would like to accept our testing discount and provide us with his details, so we can issue the codes.

We do have however no protein in our catalogue for the moment which could be used as a standard unfortunately.
