      Kindly advise if ab110261, ab 63947 will cross react with mouse samples (for WB).

      Thank you for contacting us.
      Unfortunately, ab110261 has been tested and found to be unsuitable for use on mouse samples, and ab63947 was raised against a very short immunogen that shows only 69% homology with mouse. We would not expect either of these antibodies to give good results for mouse samples.
      If you are looking for an antibody to COX subunit IV, ab14744 works well in a number of applications and species, including mouse and WB. I hope this helps, please let me know if you need any additional information or assistance.
