Le laboratoire vient de me confirmer que ils n'ont pas fait un "epitope mapping" sur cet anticorps, et donc que l'épitope de cet anticorps n'est pas connue. Effectivement, l'immunogène était toute la protéine Cofilin avec un tag, et l'épitope peux donc être théoriquement n'importe ou sur la protéine.
