Chymotrypsin is a glycoprotein of approximately 37 kDa and detected as a 29kDa band after treated with Protein Deglycosylation MIX II.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human pancreas tissue labeling Chymotrypsin with ab318203 at 1/2000 (0.256 ug/ml) dilution, followed by a ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond ™ Polymer Refine Detection).

Positive staining on human pancreas.
