应用说明
IHC-P: 1/200 for 10 min at room temperature. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol. In particular, boil tissue sections in 10mM Citrate buffer pH 6.0 for 10 min and then cool at room temperature for 20 min.
Staining pattern: Cell membrane
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 32 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 19 kDa).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
