Anti-CD90 / Thy1抗体[IBL-6/23] (ab3105)

I can confirm that ab3105 was tested on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections from human reactive tonsil but we didn't detect signal with this antibody.

Thank you for your enquiry, we have not tested the antibody ab3105 in immunocytochemistry but the antibody is very likely to work as it works very well in perfusion fixed tissue and frozen post fixed tissue. I would definitely recommend fixing mouse cells prior to staining them, try ice cold 4% paraformaldehyde for 10,20,30min, and try also ice cold methanol 10min (or a combination of both). If your staining is still weak, make sure you have plenty of permabilising agent (tritonx100 0.3%v/v) in the antibody dilution buffer.
