Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse spleen cells treated with 1ug/ml of immobilized anti-CD3 and 10ug/ml anti-CD28 for 3 days (Green and Black) / Untreated control (Magenta and Grey) cells labelling CD30 with ab324907 at 1/100 dilution (1ug) (Magenta and Green) compared with a Armenian Hamster monoclonal IgG (Black and Grey) isotype control.

Goat anti-Armenian hamster IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, ab173003) at 1/5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

Gated on viable CD8 positive cells.
