Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 23 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 20 kDa). Can be blocked with PTRH2 peptide (ab39732).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
